Quebecers shouldn’t lose sight of Charbonneau commission recommendations

Nearly a month after the publication of the final report of the Charbonneau Commission, the public eye remains firmly fixed on commissioners France Charbonneau and Renaud Lachance. In my view, a proper understanding of the role of the commission suggests that members of the public and the media should widen their gaze, focusing much more attention on the thoughtful recommendations contained in the report.
